Attitude Adjustment
The media has created a monster in this economic time. As they search for ad-selling headlines, they overstate what's happening in the world in an effort to bolster their own ratings. As a former member of the media for eighteen years, Kevin Burns knows how media works. "If it bleeds, it leads" is the mantra for media.

So what message are you sending your customers? What message are you sending your people? You see, whatever you say to your people is going to be the same thing your people say to your customers.

Do not let your organization suffer from the media-induced, ratings-grabbing, hysterical headlines - especially as it concerns the economy and business. Look past the headlines and read the fine print. Get the information for yourself. Pay attention. Don’t panic and for goodness sake, don’t panic in front of your people or your customers.

Now is the time to give your people a shot in the arm – not a kick in the teeth. Now is the time to arm them with confidence – not uncertainty. Now is the time to give them an attitude adjustment on what’s really happening in the marketplace – not rumours and supposition. Now is the time to rise above the cowering competitors and take a bigger market share.

Now is the time for leadership. Leadership is an Attitude.

For over ten years, Kevin Burns has been teaching people how to grasp the concept of personal accountability in every facet of every job. It doesn't matter what the job, what the responsibility or even what the position within the job. Everyone could use a little "attitude adjustment" when it comes to improving themselves and subsequently the organizations they work for. And Kevin does it well ... and it's very funny.

"At some point, an employee has to come to the realization that the job doesn't get any better, the rewards don't get any better and the results don't get any better if they don't get any better."

Kevin makes sure that every single person in your organization understands that the performance of an individual on the job, is not the responsibility of the organization but in fact is the responsibility of the individual.

Kevin's Attitude Adjustment may not always pretty, but it is always relevant,  always bang-on ... and always very funny. Some call it "Corporate Tough Love." Whatever it’s called, it works. It's simple, it’s tailored to you, it’s researched ... and he only takes about an hour to make a lifetime of shift in attitude!

After twelve successful years of consulting with organizations and business, Kevin has come to know what works and what doesn’t. He IS right for your organization too and has the results to prove it.
