Biography
Kevin Burns – Corporate Attitude/Culture Strategist is a worldwide authority on Attitude. He is the author of eight books including his forthcoming, Your Attitude Sucks – Improving Attitude to Transform Corporate Culture. He is an outstanding keynote speaker, worldwide columnist and international Blogger of influence. He is opinionated, blunt, direct, funny, thought-provoking, incredibly well-researched and usually … right!

Kevin began to understand what a solid Attitude and Greatness meant at the age of 12 when he began breaking all sales records selling ice cream on a Dickie Dee Ice Cream bicycle. All previous records were smashed by this 12 year-old kid who worked from mid-morning to sundown. A full ice cream bicycle weighed 600 pounds - that should give you a sense of Kevin's dedication to finishing.

That same Attitude and sense of Greatness continued to develop when Kevin entered radio at the age of 14 (his father owned a radio station). For eighteen years, Kevin never settled for the #2 position in any radio market. His morning show was always rated #1 and not just by a little bit - but by overwhelming margins.

After radio, Kevin opened an advertising and marketing consulting company. In his second year of operation, Kevin was awarded with a Retail Council of Canada Award for best radio campaign in the country - beating out big agencies in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.

He eventually graduated over to the world of speaking and consulting after taking an interest in personal development courses. His personal mission to make the world a better place one person at a time led him to stand in front of large audiences of people, working with them to improve their own lives, their contributions, their purpose for showing up at work every day and their results.

As a result, Kevin has developed some proprietary strategies and systems on how to improve personal results while contributing to a solid workplace environment.

Now, fourteen years and hundreds of thousands of people later, Kevin Burns has become one of the pre-eminent authorities on Attitude and its effect on workplace Culture. He has become a blogger of influence with articles and blog posts being featured in national newspapers and magazines.

In addition to his many speaking appearances before vast and varied corporate, association, government and safety audiences, he has just unveiled his 90-Day System to a Workplace Culture of Greatness.

With Kevin, you won’t be getting a vanilla sugar cookie. You will, however, get a slightly irreverent, very funny, amazingly knowledgeable, compassionate and passionate person who wants to leave his audiences a little smarter, much more alive, and thinking a heck of a lot bigger about who they are and what they offer the world.

"Greatness is a choice. Without purposely choosing Greatness, you are, by default, choosing mediocrity." Kevin Burns
